Oportunidad en SAP SuccessFactors

Estamos buscando un/a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Specialist para sumarse a un entorno global con alto impacto en procesos de HR y Payroll.

Responsabilidades principales:

Implementación y Configuración

Configurar y mantener módulos de SAP SuccessFactors :
Employee Central
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Onboarding 2.0
Compensation Management
Parametrización de reglas, workflows, objetos MDF y business rules
Ejecución de Fit‑to‑Standard y documentación de desviaciones
Coordinación de liberaciones, UAT y Go‑Live

Integraciones

Gestión de integraciones con:
experiencia con interfaces a otras aplicaciones (ERP, CRM )
Bancos locales
Uso de APIs, SF Integration Center, CPI o middleware
Validación de cargas iniciales y recurrentes de datos maestros

Soporte y Estabilización

Soporte de segundo nivel ( L2/L3) a incidentes y mejoras
Análisis de errores de payroll, workflows e integraciones
Coordinación con SAP Support cuando aplique

Gobierno y Evolución

Documentación funcional y técnica
Mantenimiento de estándares globales con adaptaciones locales
Asegurar cumplimiento fiscal y laboral por país
Reducción de costos de consultoría mediante capacidades internas
