Senior Global Data Manager

Job Overview As a Clinical Data Management Lead you will independently manage the delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects ensuring quality deliverables are provided on time and within budget. You will provide leadership and vision to the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team ensuring high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. Your role will involve project planning, execution, close-out, financial management and communications while complying with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory guidelines.

Essential Functions

Key responsibilities related to Client Management, Service Management, Financial Management and Business Development Support.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on data management deliverables.

Manage multiple large studies or programs providing leadership and support to Data Team Leads (DTLs).

Ensure open communication with customers and IQVIA management to meet contractual obligations.

Independently manage DM service delivery ensuring quality and compliance with agreed specifications.

Implement proactive quality management plans and drive service improvements.

Manage financial aspects of projects including budgets and change orders.

Support business development activities including RFP processes and pricing discussions.

Lead process improvements and contribute to the development of new technologies or tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Health, Clinical, Biological or Mathematical Sciences or related field.

5+ years of direct Data Management experience with 3+ years as a Clinical Data Manager Project Lead.

Advanced English level and communication skills in the language.

Based in Mexico, home based position.

Proven competence in managing delivery of multiple global trials through the full Data Management life-cycle.

Expert data management skills and advanced knowledge of the processes.

Experience in handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings.

Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy and Physiology.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and establish effective working relationships.
