Financial Analyst Jr.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain fixed assets and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).
• Oversee asset capitalization, depreciation, amortization, and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Control and invoice customer-owned tooling while ensuring accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support project capitalization and financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience is desirable.
• Experience with PLEX system is desirable.
• Intermediate business level English.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to manage priorities.
• Multi-task oriented and very responsible and organized.
