Senior/Staff Accountant with Sage Intacct experience

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior/Staff Accountant based in Monterrey, NLE, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will manage and execute day-to-day accounting functions such as general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities will include leveraging Sage Intacct for accurate processing of transactions, preparing monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in audits. You will also provide insights for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial goals.

• Proficiency in General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliations
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems, including implementation or advanced use
• Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Analytical skills for Financial Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Process Improvement
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in public accounting or in a fast-paced corporate environment is advantageous
