Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Application Support, Disaster Recovery, or Business Continuity Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Understanding of multi-region architectures, high availability, and disaster recovery patterns .
• Experience with scripting and automation using one or more of:
• Terraform
• Ansible
• Knowledge of database recovery and failover concepts across relational and/or NoSQL platforms.
• Experience creating technical runbooks, operational procedures, or support playbooks .
• Strong understanding of:
• RTO (Recovery Time Objective)
• RPO (Recovery Point Objective)
• Disaster Recovery lifecycle
• Active/Passive architectures
• Active/Active architectures
• Failover and failback orchestration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Disaster Recovery testing programs .
• Exposure to healthcare, regulated, or highly compliant environments.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform or Ansible .
• Cloud certifications such as:
• Microsoft Azure Administrator
• Azure Solutions Architect
• AWS Solutions Architect
• AWS SysOps Administrator
• Experience with DR automation initiatives and resiliency programs.
• Understanding of DevOps and SRE operational practices.
