Job summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Supervisor located in Aguascalientes, Ags . This position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to Flex Aguas' Supply Chain and Logistics Team. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to be proactive in finding solutions and cost reduction opportunities.

What a typical day looks like

• Manage material cost review
• Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations
• Track materials financial performance and issue corrective actions when required
• Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.
• Lead the NPI supply chain area providing coaching and mentoring to the team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Advance English.
• Working with inventory level targets.
• Experience working in high pressure environments.
• Pricing, quality and reliable products experience.
• Experience with some ERP.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and be self-motivated.
• Detail Oriented and excellent organization skills.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
