Buscamos Jefe de Sistemas para una empresa especializada en manufactura de dispositivos médicos, con un rol estratégico en la operación, infraestructura y evolución tecnológica de la organización.

¿Qué harás?
- Liderar el área de TI y coordinar a 1 colaborador y 1 becario, asegurando la continuidad y correcto funcionamiento de la operación tecnológica.
- Administrar y supervisar servidores físicos y virtualizados, bases de datos SQL, SAP, Active Directory, DNS, almacenamiento, respaldos, redes y servicios Microsoft 365.
- Gestionar plataformas y aplicaciones empresariales como Power BI, SolidWorks, Contpaqi, GLPI, Zabbix, DSSPRO y servidores de desarrollo web.
- Fortalecer la ciberseguridad, infraestructura de redes y soluciones inalámbricas, identificando oportunidades de prevención, optimización y mejora.
- Impulsar proyectos de mejora continua, documentación, monitoreo, respaldos y optimización de procesos, coordinando proveedores y necesidades tecnológicas de las diferentes áreas.
¿Qué buscamos?
Una persona con:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, Software o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo dentro de TI, con personal a cargo.
- Experiencia en administración de infraestructura, servidores, sistemas empresariales y continuidad operativa.
- Conocimientos en soluciones Microsoft, incluyendo Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS y sus principales servicios.
- Conocimientos de bases de datos SQL y virtualización de servidores, idealmente Hyper-V y/o Proxmox.
- Conocimientos en redes, idealmente con preparación o certificación CCNA Cisco.
- Conocimientos en ciberseguridad y redes inalámbricas.
- Capacidad para coordinar proveedores, priorizar necesidades y trabajar con diferentes áreas de la organización.
- Liderazgo, iniciativa, capacidad de análisis y orientación a la mejora continua.
- Una persona que busque trascender, asumir mayores responsabilidades y crecer junto con el área.
