Role Overview

Your job is to generate qualified leads by running experiments, producing assets that reach the market, and iterating based on what works. You will write the post, build the landing page, send the email, launch the ad, and publish the content yourself. You will decide how to sequence a campaign, which ICP to test next, and what to change when something isn’t working. A strong operator with AI fluency can cover the full stack, and strong performance opens clear growth paths into Marketing Lead or Growth Lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through experiments, content assets, and market outreach.
• Write posts, build landing pages, send email campaigns, launch ads, and publish content independently.
• Sequence campaigns, identify ICPs to test, and pivot when results fall short.
• Grow the company’s presence in communities where ICPs live (LinkedIn, Ruby events, founder networks, industry groups) and turn that presence into conversations and conversions.
• Produce content (social posts, blog posts, one‑pagers, email campaigns) that sparks conversations, not just visibility.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, image and video generators, research agents, automation platforms) as a core part of producing work.
• Scope and introduce new AI tools, evaluate them versus existing workflows, and adopt those that compress cycle time or raise quality.
• Deploy and maintain landing pages, service pages, and content pages using Webflow or static‑site generators.
• Execute email campaigns: build lists, format cleanly, QA before send, and track performance.
• Manage LinkedIn ads, landing‑page tests, webinar promotion, and outbound collateral.
• Produce on‑brand social graphics, email layouts, and one‑pagers using the existing design system and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Catch formatting and brand inconsistencies before content reaches the market.
• Make marketing calls (targeting, sequencing, channel, messaging) and present decisions with rationale.
• Share experiment results and propose next tests at weekly meetings.
• Track qualified leads generated per week and per month and maintain experiment velocity.

Qualifications

• Strong English and Spanish fluency, written and spoken, with 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to ship: published pages, executed campaigns, and produced content that reached an audience.
• Daily, hands‑on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video generation, research tools, etc.).
• Hands‑on proficiency with at least one web‑publishing platform (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to write in a practitioner voice that resonates with technical leaders.
• Visual production competence (Canva, Figma, or similar) for social graphics, email templates, and simple layouts.
• Experience with email‑marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and basic paid acquisition.
• Comfort with basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot or fix a layout without filing a ticket.
• Experience marketing technical products or services to engineering and product leadership.
• Experience producing content from technical source material (engineering docs, product specs, recorded demos).
