Role Summary

Lasso MD is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Social Media team. This role is responsible for creating engaging, branded social media graphics for dental practices across the United States.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social media content, and can efficiently manage a high volume of recurring content across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. Success in this role requires strong organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance quality with production efficiency.

While graphic design is the primary focus of this role, the designer may occasionally support broader social media initiatives, cross-functional marketing projects, and corporate creative needs as required.

• Maintains organized files and assets for seamless collaboration.
• Supports both client-facing and internal creative initiatives when needed.
• Collaborates effectively with the Social Media Manager and broader marketing team.
• Successfully manages a high volume of recurring monthly content while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Balances efficiency and creativity in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics for Facebook and Instagram.
• Create educational, promotional, seasonal, review, engagement, and service-focused content.
• Develop and maintain reusable social media templates.
• Apply client branding, logos, colors, and style guidelines across all designs.
• Adapt designs to fit a variety of dental office brands and aesthetics.
• Incorporate client-provided photos, videos, and assets into social media content.
• Complete revisions based on internal and client feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on creative direction and content execution.
• Stay current on social media design trends and best practices.
• Support the Social Media team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
• Support corporate marketing projects and internal creative initiatives as needed.
• Design and produce a high volume of recurring social media content across multiple client accounts each month.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revision requests simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in Mexico.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design work.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to accept feedback and implement revisions efficiently.
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Experience creating content for healthcare, dental, medical, or local service businesses.
• Experience developing template systems and content libraries.
• Familiarity with social media marketing best practices.
• Experience collaborating with content creators, social media managers, or marketing teams.
• Basic experience creating graphics for short-form video content or social media reels.

Salary & Benefits

• $16,000–$22,000 per year (based on experience and geomarket rate)
• 2 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) annually 
• Fully remote position
