Billing Specialist - Invoicing & Analytics
AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc.
AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Billing Agent I to support invoicing, reporting, and analytics for internal and external customers. You will be responsible for processing invoices, billing customers, and maintaining records in collaboration with the AR department to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
The role requires 0-3 years in bookkeeping and accounting, prefers experience in transportation and supply chain, and strong Excel skills to support financial KPIs and performance metrics.
