Intégrate como LIDER DE OPTICA en clínica Mexicali centro cívico.
Las actividades que desempeñaras:
Asegurar la implementación de los protocolos de atención y servicio al paciente.
Garantizar que el tiempo de espera para elegir armazón este dentro del tiempo establecido.
Asegurar el cumplimiento del tiempo de atención de pacientes en vitrina.
Asegurar la generación de presupuestos al alcance de nuestros pacientes
Asegurar que la operación de los consultorios de optometría y vitrina se ejecuten de acuerdo a los procesos y tiempos establecidos.
REQUISITOS:
Licenciatura en Optometría, administración e ingeniería industrial o a fin (Indispensable comprobante de estudios)
1 año de experiencia en giro retail
Manejo de personal
Servicio al cliente
Manejo de indicadores
HORARIO:
Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm, sábado 7:00 am a 4:00 pm, descanso domingo.
