Developer Position — Now Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help drive impactful digital transformation across enterprise environments.

Salary Range: 45K MXN Gross per Month

The Role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring, customizing, maintaining, and administering the ServiceNow platform. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and clients to design and implement ServiceNow solutions across product portfolios such as ITSM, SPM, HRSD , and more—building applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, and portals that optimize business processes.

This is a senior-level role , focused on implementing new modules and ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations. You’ll handle upgrades, environment syncing, system performance, testing (UAT, security, usability), documentation, and incident/change resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • Implement and support core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request)
  • Develop advanced configurations: business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
  • Maintain and enhance applications, workflows, and portals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insight
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
  • Ensure platform governance, security, and architecture compliance
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
  • Strong scripting skills ( JavaScript, Glide API )
  • Experience with ITSM, CMDB , plus one: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC
  • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and update sets
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Advanced certifications (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-HR, etc.)
  • Experience with Service Portal and custom widgets
  • Exposure to AI/ML, Performance Analytics, or App Engine Studio
  • Agile/Scrum background
  • Experience in large enterprise or government environments
