About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-first Growth Marketing Manager to lead hands-on marketing execution, organic growth, content production, SEO, and scalable marketing infrastructure.

This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be expected to execute—using AI and modern marketing tools to produce content faster, improve research, optimize workflows, strengthen organic visibility, and drive measurable growth.

You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to build repeatable growth systems across social media, SEO, content, websites, and marketing operations.

What You’ll Own

Social Media & Content Growth

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies across:
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • X (Twitter)
• Create and manage:
  • Blog content
  • Social media content
  • PR content
  • Marketing assets
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with designers to create engaging assets using Canva and similar tools.
• Manage publishing and scheduling through Buffer, Hootsuite, or related platforms.
• Monitor engagement and continuously optimize content performance.

AI-Powered Marketing Execution

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, and similar platforms to accelerate marketing execution.
• Apply AI to:
  • Content ideation and drafting
  • Audience and competitor research
  • Campaign analysis
  • Workflow automation
  • Content repurposing
  • Marketing optimization
• Continuously test emerging AI tools and identify practical ways to improve marketing productivity.
• Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that increase execution speed without sacrificing quality.

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on increasing organic traffic and search visibility.
• Conduct:
  • Keyword research
  • Competitor analysis
  • Content gap analysis
  • Search opportunity mapping
• Manage backlink acquisition initiatives.
• Use platforms such as:
  • Ahrefs
  • SEMrush
  • Surfer SEO
  • Google Search Console
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve technical and on-page SEO.

Website & Content Infrastructure

• Coordinate website and content initiatives involving Astro and headless WordPress .
• Ensure website infrastructure supports:
  • SEO
  • Landing pages
  • Campaigns
  • Scalable content publishing
• Coordinate with developers on website updates, optimization, and performance improvements.
• Maintain efficient content publishing workflows.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Support marketing initiatives across:
  • Email marketing
  • Google Ads
  • Revenue operations
• Track performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related platforms.
• Build and maintain marketing reports covering campaign and growth performance.
• Support quarterly marketing and shareholder reporting.
• Coordinate execution across marketing, design, and development teams using Slack, Asana, and similar tools.
• Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, measured, and optimized.

Required Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience executing growth or digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong experience managing organic social media across major platforms.
• Strong content creation and content management capabilities.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into real marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as:
  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Jasper AI
  • Copy.ai
• Experience with Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Working experience with:
  • HubSpot
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • SEO platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and organic growth.
• Strong project coordination and marketing operations skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in startups or high-growth digital businesses.
• Familiarity with Astro and headless WordPress.
• Experience managing SEO-focused content programs.
• Hands-on backlink acquisition experience.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers.
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing automation and workflow systems.
