HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will partner with leaders and employees to support business objectives through effective Human Resources strategies and initiatives. This role will have a strong focus on Employee Relations, HR Business Partner support for the Merchandiser team, culture, engagement, and organizational change , while contributing to key HR programs and projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, employee relations, and people-related topics .
• Act as the HR Business Partner for the Merchandiser team , supporting labor relations, culture, engagement, and the implementation of new ways of working.
• Manage and address employee relations matters , identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in partnership with leaders and HR.
• Support and lead HR initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion, Training & Development, Wellbeing, Culture, Social Responsibility, Communication.
• Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational culture .
• Partner with cross-functional teams and HR stakeholders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR programs and processes, enhancing the employee and manager experience.
• Analyze available people data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed HR decisions.
• Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Provide general support to the Senior HR Manager on HR priorities and projects.

Education & Languages

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Fluent written and spoken English .

Experience

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or similar roles .
• Experience working directly with employees and leaders in a business-facing HR role.
• Experience supporting organizational change, labor relations, or frontline/field teams is highly desirable.
