Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to support field sales, manufacturing plants & external customers. This position will primarily focus on complex order entry and change orders and have a diverse range of responsibilities to support company customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customers, sales teams, and internal departments through phone, email, and chat.
• Process complex orders, updates, and change requests accurately.
• Provide product, pricing, availability, and order status information.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of customer service, order management, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with experience using multiple systems and platforms.
