Attncapital is hiring two (2) full-time, remote, swing shift Meta Ad Operations Coordinators to complete ad campaign requests for our advertisers in bulk using Adnova.

Since launching in December 2024, Attncapital has quickly scaled a social whitelisting network to over 500 advertisers and publishers (without raising outside capital). To support this lightning-fast growth, we are looking for a fast, meticulous, and reliable Meta Ad Operations Coordinator to take instructions from our Advertiser Success team and build the requested campaigns in Adnova.

Every hour a campaign request sits pending is an hour where spend is not being deployed for an advertiser. This role exists to close that gap as quickly as possible. It has real impact on our company revenue and is essential to the premium service tier we reserve for our biggest accounts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with the founders and shareholders of the company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, executing clearly defined processes with precision and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Setup. Build Meta campaigns, including Partnership Ads, from instructions provided by the Advertiser Success team. Work through setup errors and complete prep necessary for the campaigns to be launched by Advertiser Success.
• Adv/Pub Compliance. Review and apply advertiser-specific and publisher-specific rules and guidelines to every campaign build with near-perfect accuracy.
• Platform Compliance. Review creative for platform compliance and send back any noncomplaint ads to the creative team.
• Monitor Campaign Launches. Keep tabs on newly launched campaigns in our company portal and troubleshoot issues if they come up.
• Asana Workflows. Follow dedicated campaign workflows in Asana precisely. Maintain updated statuses indicating which campaign builds are in progress, blocked, completed, etc.
• AdOps Support. Support AdOps Managers with tasks such as creative performance review, researching top-performing ads on Facebook Ad Library, and anything else they need support with.
• Daily Communication. Communicate efficiently using Slack and Asana. Maintain inbox zero daily.

Results:

• Reliability, Time to Start. If you’re not already working a campaign, how fast do you begin working on a new one when it’s assigned if you. Target time is under 15m for all builds.
• Speed, Time to Finish. On average, how long does a campaign build take you. Target time TBD.
• Accuracy, Revision Percentage. How many campaigns require revisions from your AdOps Manager. Target is under 5% within 30 days, and under 2% within 90 days.

Requirements:

• Experience. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Working Hours. Full-time, remote, 300pm to 100am EST. 3 to 4 days a week. Must be willing to occasionally cover extra shifts, including weekends (will be paid overtime).
• Meta Ads Platform. Must have experience working within the Meta Ads platform itself.
• Tech Tools. Comfortable with project management softwares like Asana. Efficient user of slack, GSuite, and especially Google Sheets / Excel. Preferably has experience with Adnova.
• Fast. Able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently with minimal wasted resources.
• Attention to Detail. Maintains a high level of accuracy and does not allow important details to slip through the cracks. Able to follow instructions and detailed processes with minimal mistakes.
• Reliable. Picks up assigned tasks and pushes them through to completion with minimal oversight. Can adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
