Responsibilities

• Follow-up SAP best practices for OCC operations
• Review and manage technical alerts for SAP Production Systems
• Engage incident management and technical teams needed on critical alerts to follow-up resolution
• Technical alerts remediation based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Measure alert management (open, closing, acknowledge, etc) effectiveness and efficiency
• Identify with stakeholders and process owners’ critical elements to monitor
• KT sessions with new leads for process & documentation
• Hypercare service during Go Live projects
• Provide information and documentation for auditors
• Follow up performance metrics of SAP Landscape on a regional view considering all end-to-end components and systems
• Follow-up activities to implement recommendations from performance issues, incidents, etc
• Maintain up-to-date OCC documentation, folio/jira management, occ area, tools and links, & machine learning
• Enable end-user monitoring for relevant changes and projects (massive data load for prod systems)
• Support to Folio (Jira) creation to follow up specialist analysis (index creations, assign specific roles, apply notes)
• Analyze and define monitoring dashboards to support landscape management (Solution Manager dashboards, Cloud ALM, Machine Learning, Grafana)
• Customize views or dashboards for customer consumption
• Provide reporting capabilities for operational KPIs
• OCC/OTF Dashboards and alerts maintenance and improvements
• Classification: Internal Tableau configuration & support for RMS/RMX & OTF dashboards
• SAP Machine Learning usage, analysis and implementation of improvements
• Grafana, Azure Monitor, Solution Manager, Logic Monitor, Dynatrace, Moong soft alert analysis, top 10 for continuous improvement
• Bi-monthly reports for Alert improvement process
