Descripción

• Lead the overall manufacturing operation and assume full responsibility for plant performance across production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality performance, and profitability.
• Lead and develop a workforce, fostering a environment of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and align cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, automotive industry standards, environmental regulations, and health & safety policies.
• Partner with international leadership teams to align local operations with global business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Lead organizational transformation efforts, strengthening leadership capabilities and supporting the successful launch of new business programs.
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs while ensuring sustainable performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee plant budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives to achieve financial targets.
• Act as the primary site leader, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution and a strong presence on the manufacturing floor.

Perfil buscado

A successful Plant Manager should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• 3 or more years of proven experience as a Plant Manager with full site responsibility.
• Strong automotive manufacturing background within Tier 1, Tier 2, or OEM environments.
• Experience leading large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated success delivering results in production, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Experience working within multinational organizations and interacting with international stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, change management, and team development capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
