The role operates on a global scale , supporting creative teams, projects, and stakeholders across multiple international markets. You’ll collaborate regularly with colleagues around the world, so you must be confident speaking and working professionally in English .

You’ll sit at the center of creative operations, balancing high-volume production with larger campaign requirements and ensuring resources are deployed effectively. The Senior Traffic Manager – Creative Operations will oversee creative resourcing, allocating work effectively and ensuring designers have the capacity and clarity needed to deliver across a busy global Creative Hub .

Role Highlights

– Own the fast-turnaround creative production queue and allocate incoming work efficiently

– Build resourcing plans around requirements and deadlines established by project managers

– Monitor capacity across the creative team and rebalance workloads as priorities change

– Support creative requirements across multiple global teams and international markets

– Identify scheduling conflicts early and propose practical solutions before delivery is affected

– Maintain clear visibility of workloads, availability, and upcoming resource requirements

– Understand the strengths and capabilities of individual creatives to ensure the right work goes to the right people

– Collaborate with project managers, designers, and senior creative leadership across different locations

– Help create consistency and efficiency across a growing global creative operation

You Will Need

– Strong traffic, resource management, or creative scheduling experience

– Experience working within an agency, studio, or busy in-house creative environment

– Excellent judgment when balancing capacity, priorities, and competing requirements

– Confidence making decisions and adapting quickly when priorities change

– Confident communication with project managers, designers, and senior creative stakeholders

– Experience with scheduling and workflow management tools

– A proactive, solutions-focused mindset suited to a fast-moving, agency-style environment

– Interest in AI-supported capacity planning and new ways of improving creative operations

– Confidence collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures

– Strong spoken and written English is essential – you must be comfortable participating in meetings, communicating priorities, managing expectations, and collaborating with global stakeholders in English
