The position

Were looking for a Senior MonitoringEngineer who will be responsible for supporting the Managed Services Operations Teams tools and platforms focusing on network security and systems monitoring. Analyze and tune systems to report accurately utilizing tools like SolarWinds and Logic Monitor. Your main tasks will be:

• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
• Monitor IT systems for performance and availability issues.
• Develop and implement monitoring solutions with IT personnel.
• Create tools dashboards and reports for actionable information.
• Troubleshoot IT problems using monitoring data.
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and change requests.

Technical Requirements

• 8 years of IT experience in network performance management.
• 4 years in performance analysis operation support and tuning for monitoring applications.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration.
• Proficient in scripting (Python Shell/Bash PowerShell).
• Experience with monitoring solutions like Splunk SolarWinds Logic Monitor or Nagios.
• Strong analytical problemsolving communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English level
