Procurement Manager: Supplier & Cost Optimization

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing of materials and services essential for manufacturing at the Caterpillar Torreón plant. The role includes negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring quality compliance of procured items.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 2 years of experience in purchasing, and strong negotiation skills. The position may require up to 30% travel and a proficient level of English.
