Descripción
- Más de 10 años de experiencia en áreas de Administración y Finanzas.
- Experiencia comprobada en posiciones gerenciales o senior con liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Sólida experiencia en planeación financiera, presupuestos, proyecciones y modelos financieros (TIR, VAN y flujos descontados).
- Experiencia en gestión de tesorería, flujo de efectivo, cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
- Conocimiento en contabilidad, cumplimiento fiscal, auditorías y análisis de estados financieros.
- Experiencia en relación con inversionistas y elaboración de reportes financieros ejecutivos.
- Experiencia en diseño e implementación de controles internos, políticas y procesos corporativos.
- Deseable: Experiencia en el sector inmobiliario (desarrolladores de vivienda, vertical, industrial o retail).
Perfil buscado
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración o carrera afín; maestría deseable.
- Deseable: Maestría (MBA o Finanzas).
- +10 años de experiencia en áreas de administración y finanzas.
- Experiencia comprobada en posiciones gerenciales/senior con equipos a cargo.
- Experiencia en planeación financiera de proyectos e interacción con inversionistas.
