General Superintendent | Industrial Construction

A leading company in the industrial construction sector is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to provide field leadership on large-scale projects, including automotive manufacturing facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, mission-critical facilities, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, Superintendents, Supervisors, and Trade Partners.
• Drive project performance in Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Productivity.
• Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower planning, logistics, and subcontractor activities.
• Promote a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of industrial construction experience.
• 5+ years in senior field leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large industrial, automotive, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and large field teams.
• Intermediate to Advanced English preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
