Partner Marketing Specialist

Purpose of the Job

Support the execution and operational delivery of partner marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign deployments, managing creative approvals, and ensuring brand compliance across all partner channels. This role provides critical logistical support for retail events and conventions, maintains marketing calendars and assets, and enables seamless collaboration between partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day deployment of co-marketing campaigns across key partner marketing channels, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with the overall partner strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end trafficking and routing of creative asset approvals, promotional deliveries, and compliance tracking to protect brand standards across partner networks.
• Operate fluidly under the governance of the Partner Marketing Lead, utilizing shared partner portals, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and agency drives to maintain organized, up-to-date marketing collateral.
• Provide critical logistical and operational support for shared partner conventions and high-stakes retail events, coordinating promotional materials, scheduling, and vendor requirements.
• Maintain a centralized marketing calendar to track partner-specific promotional windows, helping the team cross-reference timelines and prevent asset deployment delays.
• Monitor partner compliance across digital and retail touchpoints, flagging discrepancies in brand usage or campaign execution to leadership.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination, campaign operations, or partner/channel marketing support (agency or tech experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to smoothly coordinate asset deliveries and communication with regional partners and vendors.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign deliverables, approvals, and timelines while maintaining accuracy and brand compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Capable of identifying risks, resolving operational challenges, and escalating issues appropriately to prevent delays or execution gaps.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively managing changing priorities, tight deadlines, and event-driven requirements while maintaining a high standard of work.
