Residential Real Estate Sales Agent (Puerto Vallarta)

Role Description This full‑time Real Estate Agent role at Vallarta Seaside Properties is a hybrid position based in Puerto Vallarta, JAL, with a mix of on‑site client meetings, property visits, and some work‑from‑home flexibility for administrative and follow‑up tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date listings, prepare property presentations and marketing materials, coordinate inspections and appraisals.
• Guide clients through the closing process.
• Deliver responsive customer service, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and new developments.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property laws, contracts, and local regulations.
• Hands‑on experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, showing, and closing residential or vacation properties.
• Knowledge of the Puerto Vallarta real estate market and surrounding areas, or willingness to quickly develop local expertise.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM platforms, email, virtual tour software, and online listing portals.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly in both languages.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
