Scope

• Ensure Production Management by overseeing the daily operations of the decoration and assembly processes for plastic molded parts, ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
• Guarantee Quality Assurance by implementing and maintaining quality control processes to guarantee products meet cosmetic packaging standards, addressing and resolving any quality issues promptly.
• Ensure Resource Management by managing human and material resources efficiently to ensure optimized production and the availability of necessary materials and equipment for uninterrupted production.
• Guarantee Process Improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, leading initiatives for continuous improvement in production processes.
• Guarantee NPD performances (industrialization, delivery, cost, …).
• Ensure Safety and Compliance by guaranteeing all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring a safe working environment.

Main activities

• Ensure the development and implementation of production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team to enhance performance and productivity, organizing training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Guarantee regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with standards, addressing and resolving any quality issues promptly.
• Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements, leading initiatives for continuous enhancement of efficiency and waste reduction.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure material availability, optimizing resource allocation to meet production demands.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce production costs, preparing and managing the production budget to align with goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training sessions, ensuring all production activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production with business objectives and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance, analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
