HR Plant Lead - Monterrey

Key Responsibilities

The Essentials – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, employee development, organizational development, coaching, change management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and recent reforms.
• At least 4 years in a people‑manager role.
• Full bilingual talent‑management experience (9‑Box, succession planning, career development).
• Experience negotiating collective‑bargaining agreements with unions.

Preferred – Additional Experience

• Workday or a similar HR system knowledge.
• Experience partnering with global HR colleagues, COEs, HRIS, HR Enablement, and business leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
