Packaging Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Packaging Deploy Specialist to support the development and implementation of packaging solutions that align with brand identity, industrial feasibility, and cost efficiency.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deployment of packaging projects within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of global packaging projects in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with central guidelines
• Contribute to the development of cost-effective and industrially feasible packaging solutions
• Coordinate local packaging project development based on project briefs
• Plan and attend industrial trials, ensuring material availability and analyzing results to support design decisions
• Prepare and maintain complete industrial documentation (technical drawings, sheets, SNP, aggregate codes)
• Evaluate technical feasibility in plants and co-packers, supporting CAPEX definition and alternative analysis
• Ensure proper implementation of standard documentation across plants and co-packers
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to drive innovation in materials and processes
• Represent the Packaging Deploy function in local meetings and projects
• Support the development of a strong local packaging network

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging or related roles
• Basics in English (required)

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of packaging design and development
• Experience with packaging materials (Flexible films, Rigid plastic, Folding cartons, Labels, adhesives, Aluminum, Corrugated board)
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• ArtiosCAD
• AutoCAD 2D (deseable)
• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (deseable)
• Palletizing software (TOPS or CAPE) (deseable)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Results-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Good organizational and communication skills
