Area Logistics Manager - Lead Team, Flexible Shifts

Amazon

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Mexico to lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will mentor staff, manage performance metrics, and coordinate with Safety, HR, and Loss Prevention to meet business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of Amazon experience or similar, and fluency in English. Expect a flexible schedule that may include weekends and overnight shifts, in a fast-paced environment.
