As our new Payroll Specialist, you will be the trusted expert ensuring thousands of our employees across the U.S. and Canada are paid accurately and on time, every single pay cycle. What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be central to delivering stable, compliant, and accurate payroll. You will blend deep technical expertise with a proactive, service-oriented mindset to solve complex challenges.

• Own the end-to-end payroll process for our ~5,200 employees in the U.S. and Canada , ensuring timely and accurate delivery as part of a collaborative team.
• Act as a key investigator for payroll inquiries, using ServiceNow to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues at their source.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, and managers across North America to validate data, troubleshoot variances in UKG , and resolve escalations effectively.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on North America payroll regulations , ensuring every cycle is processed in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Provide high-quality customer service, communicating directly with stakeholders to answer questions clearly and ensure issues are resolved professionally.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented payroll professional with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for accuracy. The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

• Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing in North America ( U.S. and/or Canada ).
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance and regulations for both federal and state/provincial levels.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems ( UKG and ServiceNow are highly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a talent for root cause analysis and a high degree of accuracy.
• A customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in English.
