Senior 3D Landscape Visualization Artist (SketchUp + Lumion) - Luxury Residential Projects

Job Description

We are a high-end residential landscape architecture firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, specializing in luxury outdoor living environments. Our work blends timeless design with modern execution, and we are looking for talented freelance 3D visualization artists to help bring our concepts to life.

We are seeking elite-level 3D artists with a strong background in residential landscape architecture who can produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings using SketchUp and Lumion .

This is not generic rendering work—we design for discerning clients who expect exceptional detail, realism, and atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-end 3D models and renderings from CAD plans and design concepts
• Translate landscape architecture drawings into compelling visual presentations
• Produce still renderings and potentially walkthrough animations
• Collaborate with our design team to refine visuals and match design intent
• Maintain consistency with our firm’s visual style and quality standards

Requirements

• Strong experience in residential landscape architecture projects
• Ability to model planting, hardscape, lighting, and outdoor environments accurately
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, materials, and realism
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly in a remote environment

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience with 3ds Max or other advanced rendering tools
• Animation / walkthrough capabilities
• Experience working with U.S.-based design firms

Portfolio Requirement (MANDATORY)

Applicants must submit a portfolio that clearly demonstrates:

• High-quality SketchUp + Lumion renderings
• Realistic planting, materials, and lighting

Assessment Process
