El Técnico de Ingeniería Industrial estará ubicado en Campus Norte

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

• Análisis de tiempos & movimientos NPI, en líneas de cables, charolas
• Balaceos de líneas de producción
• Calcular capacidad instalada y utilización de recursos
• Seguimiento a proyectos Kaizen implementaciones de cambios de ingeniería
• Identificar desperdicios y oportunidades de optimización de HC
• Calcular UPH (Units Per Hour) y eficiencia de línea.
• Llenado de tiempo de ciclo estandar en statis/raptor
• Validar tiempos estándar para envió al cliente
• Validación del MPI vs la operación real
• Analizar pérdidas de producción y causa raíz.
• Participación en la reducción de tiempos de ciclo
• Seguimiento de acciones de línea/ CFT

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

• Ing. Industrial
• Experiencia previa en análisis de capacidad
• Cálculo de UPH
• Manejo de paquetería office
• Conocimientos en diseño de layout
• Manejo de BAAN/ AutoCAD
• Disponibilidad de horario.
