Dematic/KION has multiple open opportunities for talented Talent Acquisition Partners within our General U.S. based Talent Acquisition organization. These individuals will support IT recruiting for Dematic/KION in Mexico. Fixed‑term hybrid roles located in Guadalupe.

Tasks and Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Responsible for full life‑cycle recruitment process for business‑critical projects.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers.
• Operate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a thorough understanding of role requirements and desired candidate profile.
• Build pipelines for potential applicants based on recruitment strategies.
• Utilize technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract candidates.
• Engage in active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates utilizing various search tools, processes, and strategy.
• Proactively source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates for current and future business openings.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ recruiting experience in a technical organization or space.
• Experience and knowledge recruiting in IT: applications (SAP), infrastructure/ops, cyber security and business partnering.
• ATS experience; Workday is strongly preferred.
• External network of recruitment experts and resources.
• Experience using social media to identify and attract candidates, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in a high‑paced environment with the ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
