Job Summary

Key tasks and responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FF indicators (+QDIPA), daily Gemba management, updating Blackboard and STD work, managing personnel and resources, focusing on quality and productivity goals, maintaining a healthy work environment, continually improving processes, ensuring order and cleanliness, monitoring payroll, tracking employee retention, meeting hour-by-hour board goals, controlling turnover below 2%, increasing production results, measuring and improving learning times (Ramp Implementation), applying KAN BAN processes, and maintaining schedule availability/flexibility.

Minimum Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cell Leader or similar related experience
• English proficiency preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience; Industrial Engineering degree preferred
