Key Responsibilities

• Validate vendor invoices to be paid with approval and documentation within deadlines.
• Schedule transactions, including ad‑hoc payments.
• Manage master data and control follow‑ups to ensure compliance.
• Reconcile Statements of Account (SOA).
• Handle escalation processes and high volumes of vendor calls to support smooth financial operations.
• Maintain strong vendor partnerships and optimize the accounts payable function.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 2 years.
• Software: ERP and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables & Formulas).
• Technical Skills: Accounting.
• English Level: B2 (practical).
• Soft skills: Customer focus, managing complexity, action oriented, managing conflict, ensuring accountability, and courage.

Location & Eligibility

Due to country regulations, only Mexican workers are eligible for this position at our Americas Hub in Mexico City.
