Field Marketing Manager
Perfil: Local Marketing (Brand + Trade)
Ubicación: Tijuana
Posición encargada de impulsar el crecimiento, transacciones, ticket promedio y construcción de marca (penetración, consideración, frecuencia y trade up) en cada sucursal, a través de la ejecución y amplificación de iniciativas de Marketing Nacional y la creación, implementación y medición de estrategias locales con enfoque a resultados.
Requisitos:
Escolaridad: Licenciatura terminada en MKT, Admón o afín.
Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en Trade Marketing / Marketing Local / Brand Management / BTL (preferentemente en empresas de consumo, retail o negocios multi-sitio).
Indispensable: Contar con licencia vigente, saber manejar y dispuest@ a viajar.
Disponibilidad para trabajo de campo (visitas frecuentes a sucursal).
Conocimientos:
* Excel intermedio - Avanzado
* Medios (locales / pauta táctica / coordinación con proveedores)
* Estrategias comerciales y de marketing local orientadas a ventas
* Activaciones / BTL
* Mercadotecnia (marca, promociones, calendarización, alianzas)
* Inglés intermedio (deseable)
Actividades:
* Embajador(a) de la marca para la región a cargo.
* Garantizar la generación de clientes potenciales que permita transacciones y ventas incrementales.
* Generar estrategias alineadas con la necesidad del negocio (tráfico, conversión, ticket promedio y trade up).
* Supervisar la correcta implementación y ejecución de las actividades de Trade dentro de las sucursales (materiales, visibilidad, timing y estándares).
* Ejecutar y supervisar iniciativas comerciales y procesos de venta sugestiva en los turnos de trabajo.
* Activaciones de marca y coordinación BTL (incluye aperturas y acciones locales).
* Generar nuevas alianzas con posibles socios comerciales (convenios, patrocinios, colaboraciones locales).
* Medir resultados de iniciativas (KPIs) y proponer mejoras basadas en aprendizaje en campo.
