IT and Admin Specialist What You Will Do: IT Services and Support:
Able to independently install software, operating system, and replace computer batteries, memory, and hard drives.
Assist in purchasing IT equipment and repairing services, and managing IT assets.
Solving network and IT problems for office employees.
Administrative Support
Assisting employees with Airbnb/hotel reservations and guide them through check-in.
Assisting in the management of the staff accommodation, including procurement, cleaning, daily maintenance and daily expense payments, etc.
Assisting employees with visa appointment.
Assisting in the vehicle management, including vehicle repairing and daily maintenance.
Assisting in office management, including stationery procurement, communication with property management on daily office cleaning, operation and maintenance, etc.
Other work arranged by the local administrative manager. Who You Are:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT.
Have some knowledge of computers and experience in installing operating systems.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Spanish, with English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
High work efficiency, positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution, and good teamwork spirit.
Having a strong sense of service, communication, coordination and planning skills; be active, patient and careful in work, be able to accept additional work arrangements or necessary overtime.
Priority will be given to those who have technical support experience in IT related fields. Based:
