Marketing Specialist (Tequila Brand)

Enfoque: Construcción de marca, redes sociales, eventos y activaciones
Objetivo de la posición
Impulsar la construcción y posicionamiento de Casa Faro como una nueva marca de tequila premium, ejecutando iniciativas de marketing que generen visibilidad, reconocimiento y conexión con el consumidor.
La posición tendrá un rol muy hands-on: será responsable de apoyar la construcción de la marca desde cero, gestionar su presencia en Instagram y coordinar eventos, experiencias y activaciones, asegurando consistencia con el posicionamiento premium de Casa Faro.
Responsabilidades principales
Construcción y posicionamiento de marca
- Participar activamente en la construcción de Casa Faro desde su etapa inicial y aterrizar la estrategia de marca en acciones concretas.
- Asegurar consistencia en tono, imagen, comunicación y experiencia de marca en todos los puntos de contacto.
- Identificar tendencias, referencias y oportunidades dentro de la industria del tequila y bebidas premium.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de materiales de marca, promocionales y comerciales.
- Coordinar proveedores, agencias, diseñadores, fotógrafos y otros aliados cuando sea necesario.
Redes sociales y contenido
- Gestionar principalmente la cuenta de Instagram de Casa Faro.
- Construir y ejecutar el calendario mensual de contenidos.
- Coordinar la generación de fotografías, reels, stories y contenido asociado a eventos y experiencias de marca.
- Elaborar briefs y dar seguimiento a producción de contenido.
- Mantener una comunicación visual y narrativa alineada al carácter premium de la marca.
- Dar seguimiento a métricas de alcance, engagement, crecimiento y desempeño del contenido.
- Identificar tendencias y oportunidades de contenido relevantes para la categoría.
Eventos, activaciones y experiencias
- Planear y coordinar eventos, degustaciones, activaciones, lanzamientos y experiencias de marca.
- Coordinar la participación de Casa Faro en eventos propios y de terceros.
- Gestionar logística, materiales, producto, proveedores y requerimientos de cada activación.
- Apoyar activaciones en restaurantes, bares, hoteles, puntos de venta y otros espacios estratégicos.
- Asegurar que cada evento refleje adecuadamente el posicionamiento premium de Casa Faro.
- Documentar resultados, aprendizajes y oportunidades posteriores a cada activación.
Influencers, PR y colaboraciones
- Identificar perfiles, creadores, aliados y marcas con potencial para colaboraciones.
- Apoyar en la gestión de gifting, invitaciones, experiencias y relaciones con influencers.
- Dar seguimiento a menciones, publicaciones y contenido generado alrededor de la marca.
- Buscar oportunidades de alianzas que ayuden a construir awareness y posicionamiento.
Perfil requerido
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas, Administración o carrera afín.
- Experiencia previa obligatoria en la industria tequilera.
- Inglés avanzando indispensable.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Marketing, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Social Media o posiciones similares.
- Experiencia participando en eventos, activaciones de marca y/o experiencias de consumo .
- Experiencia gestionando Instagram y coordinando generación de contenido.
- Conocimiento del consumidor y de las dinámicas comerciales/promocionales de la categoría tequila.
- Deseable experiencia con marcas premium o super premium.
- Disponibilidad para participar en eventos y activaciones fuera del horario habitual cuando el proyecto lo requiera.
