Field Tech Senior Representative
NTT DATA, Inc.
We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Representative to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic configuration of desktop, notebook, and printers.
- Assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Travel may be required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Basic client service skills.
