Graphic & Web Designer

We are currently hiring a Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Advantagy . Our design team works closely with marketing strategists and clients across various industries, delivering visually compelling materials that elevate brands and drive engagement. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating impactful designs—from flyers and social media posts to website visuals—that help our clients stand out. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity to life in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Graphic Designers at Advantagy craft effective visual content by understanding each client’s brand, goals, and audience. In this role, you’ll:

• Design engaging flyers, posters, social media graphics , and other digital materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Adapt designs across multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• (Ideally) contribute to web design projects — experience in this area is a plus but not required.
• Bring creative ideas to life for clients in the home service industry and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient, near-native English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , ideally in a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing flyers, posters, and social media design work.
• Experience designing for US-based clients (home service industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Openness to feedback and collaboration across remote teams.
• Availability to overlap with PST working hours .

GOOD-TO-HAVES

• Experience with web design tools such as Figma or Webflow.
• Knowledge of basic branding and visual identity creation.
• Understanding of digital marketing and content-driven design.
• Experience working with clients in multiple industries.
