We’re Hiring: Recruiter | 100% Remote | Mexico

Location: Mexico — 100% Remote

Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours per week

Work Environment: International / U.S.-based clients

⏰ Availability: PST or Central Time schedules

Ottomate is growing our recruiting team, and we’re looking for a motivated and proactive Associate Recruiter to support sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations for our international clients.

We work with companies across industries including Technology, SaaS, IT Services, Customer Success, Operations, Entertainment, and Professional Services .

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting platforms

• Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening interviews

• Support full-cycle recruiting processes for U.S.-based clients

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

• Maintain ATS records and candidate information

• Assist recruiters and team leads with pipeline management

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple positions

• Evaluate candidate qualifications and communication skills

• Support recruiting KPIs and hiring goals

• Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English — C1+ minimum required

• 1+ year of experience recruiting and sourcing candidates across LATAM for U.S.-based companies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience using LinkedIn and online sourcing tools

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Organized and detail-oriented mindset

• Proactive and resourceful approach

• Full-time availability

• Availability to work aligned with PST or Central Time

• Currently based in Mexico

• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred. Fluency in an additional language beyond English—particularly French, Portuguese, German, or Italian—is considered a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms

• Experience in customer-facing or sales-oriented roles

• Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
