Position Overview

• Facilitating day to day activities of assigned projects in Commercial IT
• Drive and manage project progress with business stakeholders and project team

Responsibilities

• Maintain task lists and ensure team members understand deliverables and due dates
• Identify and escalation scope creep, timing issues, resource issues, conflicts
• Communicate and interact with Stakeholders
• Manage test plans and track test progress
• Assist the business in preparing for validation activities
• Update project plans and project documentation
• Prepare and distribute project status reports
• Attend project meetings, capture and distribute meeting notes/action items
• Compile project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages milestones.

Minimum Requirements

• 10 years of project management experience
