Sap Consultant -Fin Co (Guadalajara)

Introduction

In this role, you will work in one of IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) delivering deep technical and industry expertise to clients worldwide. Your work will involve collaborating across multiple industries to improve hybrid cloud and AI journeys for innovative companies, leveraging IBM’s technology portfolio including Software and RedHat.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing expert services using the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. You will support projects that integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value.

• Ensure that the business in the market, represented by the Super Users (SU), understands how the business processes enabled by the Turbo template will be executed in the future.
• Support the business in identifying how the execution of the processes, the roles and responsibilities need to change to adopt the template, limiting the request of changes for any legal and fiscal specific requirements of the market or to specific business compelling reasons that need to be supported by a clear business case.
• Define the data required and support the local business and local data team in cleansing, collecting and validating it.
• Ensure the business is ready to go‑live with the new system by providing system and process knowledge.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven SAP ECC implementation experience in the Consumption Packaged Goods industry.
• Experience with SAP Methodologies implementation and English communication at an intermediate level.
• Overhead Cost Controlling (Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Activity Based Costing, Internal Orders).
• Product Cost Controlling (Product Cost Planning, Vigente Costing / Material Ledger, Cost Object Controlling).
• Profitability Analysis (Top Down Distribution).
• Full understanding of integration with Production Execution, Financial Execution, and Inventory Management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in SAP Implementation, Roll Out, and SAP Activate Methodology.
• Understanding of RISE and Clean Cloud concepts.
