Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the operative discipline on process execution of OTC activities such as Order Management and Billing.
• Collections.
• Reconciliation of customer statements.
• Dispute resolution.
• Upstream issues visibility.
• Data analytics for decision making - data driven.
• Negotiation skills.
• Migration or process transfer experience.
• Ambiguity management and strong communication skills.
• Responsible to achieve operational metrics and KPIs.
• Support the OTC teams in achieving process targets.
• Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures.
• Strive for high levels of both internal and external customer service.
• Attend escalations and resolve accounting and reporting related issues in a timely manner and ensure all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
• Promote continuous improvement through best practices and recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies.
• Be a leader who serves the team and keeps a positive organizational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or similar.
• Experience in accounting processes, preferably in AR processes.
• Previous experience leading teams.
• Intermediate English level (B2), written and spoken.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel level (vlookups, concatenate, pivots, formulas, basic macros).
• SAP and High Radius knowledge as desirable.
