Position Requirement

Minimum qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or IT infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Prefer to have fundamental knowledge of asset management and physical security
• Experience in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
• Able to communicate in both English and Spanish
• Must hold Mexican citizenship

Preferred qualification

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in operation management with 3+ years of experience in leadership role
• Knowledge of construction procedure
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and project management methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise in security and compliance regulations and asset management relevant to operations
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure
