Main Summary

We are looking for an IT Specialist – SAP S/4HANA (SD) OTC Consultant to join our ERP Finance – Order to Cash team within Group & Enterprise Applications, Global IT. This role is part of our S/4HANA transformation journey and focuses on delivering end-to-end SAP SD solutions that support global order-to-cash processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, and continuous process improvement across the organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and solution recommendations within SAP SD, ensuring alignment with business needs and SAP template standards
• Configure SAP SD processes including order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and related integrations (e.g., EDI)
• Provide functional support for end-to-end OTC processes in a global SAP environment
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Prepare and maintain detailed design, requirement, and technical documentation
• Identify process gaps and assess impact on current order-to-cash operations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP teams to design, test, implement, train, and deploy solutions
• Support integration topics and ensure smooth cross-system data flow within SAP and connected platforms
• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve complex business and technical challenges
• Participate in global rollout projects and support continuous improvement initiatives

Education and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Strong expertise in SAP SD module, including configuration and functional support
• Knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred 2+ years)
• Experience with EDI integrations and SAP SD-related interfaces (highly desirable)
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging is a plus
• Ability to write clear functional and technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading workshops and training sessions
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Minimal Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant
• Proven experience in global SAP ERP rollout projects
• Hands-on experience with order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and EDI integrations
• Experience working in multinational or matrix environments is preferred
• Exposure to S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable
