Manager of Design & Video Production

TitanCEO is looking for a high-agency leader to build and run our creative execution engine.

This is not a traditional design leadership role.

We are looking for someone who can lead, create structure, move quickly, and drive work across the finish line with minimal oversight. You will own the systems, planning, and execution behind our design and video production ecosystem while also remaining deeply hands-on in the work itself.

This role sits at the intersection of creative leadership, project management, video production, systems thinking, and execution.

You will oversee and execute high-volume video production initiatives across markets nationwide, manage creative workflows and timelines, direct a small but mighty team, and ensure every asset reflects the quality and standards of the Titan brand.

You are both strategic and highly operational. You can set direction while also rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details. You won’t be just delegating–you will be doing the work yourself. 

Most importantly, you understand how to use AI and systems to multiply output, increase quality, and accelerate execution.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience leading video/design teams, is excited about doing the work themselves, is a wiz at project management, sees around corners, and takes ownership without needing extensive oversight.

Responsibilities 

Design Leadership & Brand Stewardship

You will own the quality, strategy, and direction of creative output across Titan. This role is not simply about creating visually appealing assets. It is about deeply understanding the purpose behind what we are trying to accomplish and translating business objectives into thoughtful, effective, high-quality creative execution.

  • Protect, elevate, and evolve the Titan brand across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual identity
  • Lead visual direction and create presentations, marketing materials, event assets, web assets, and program materials that align with Titan’s standards and business goals
  • Translate high-level goals and loosely defined direction into thoughtful, strategic, and polished creative execution
  • Own creative direction from concept through completion, ensuring work is execution-ready and achieves its intended purpose
  • Review and provide direction on all creative output with a critical eye for quality, clarity, messaging, and effectiveness
  • Lead and organize the work of designers, contractors, and creative partners while maintaining clear priorities and accountability
  • Anticipate gaps, solve problems proactively, and ensure projects move efficiently to completion without extensive oversight or repeated rounds of restructuring

Video Production Leadership & Execution

Video production is a major focus of this role. Titan captures executive interview content across multiple markets nationwide. These videos become a central part of the Titan100 Awards Gala experience and ongoing community engagement throughout the program cycle.

  • Lead planning and execution of video production initiatives across markets, often with very tight deadlines 
  • Coordinate production schedules and workflows with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage relationships with production partners and local studio teams
  • Oversee intake, organization, editing workflows, and final delivery of video assets
  • Manage video timelines from production through final delivery
  • Ensure every asset is polished, on-brand, and delivered on time
  • Partner with editors and team members to guide revisions and execution
  • Troubleshoot bottlenecks before timelines are impacted
  • Build scalable systems for repeatable production across markets

Creative Operations & Project Management

You will own how creative work gets done. This role requires someone with exceptional project management discipline and operational rigor.

  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, sprint workflows, and creative roadmaps
  • Create systems that ensure milestones are clear and deadlines are met
  • Establish processes that prevent work from falling through the cracks
  • Prioritize competing requests across teams and markets
  • Drive accountability across projects and stakeholders
  • Create visibility into work status and team capacity
  • Build repeatable systems as Titan scales

AI, Systems & Creative Innovation

We believe AI should multiply great leaders. You should know AI tools and workflows exceptionally well and understand how to leverage them across design, video, production, and workflow optimization.

  • Identify opportunities to improve output using AI
  • Build AI-assisted workflows and creative systems
  • Increase speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • Continuously explore tools and approaches that help Titan scale

Website & Digital Support

  • Strong experience working within WordPress, including the ability to independently manage, update, and maintain website content, layouts, and user experience
  • Familiarity with front-end website development including HTML, CSS, and light development work to support website enhancements, styling updates, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to make thoughtful website changes that balance design, functionality, user experience, and business goals
  • Experience identifying and implementing website improvements while maintaining brand consistency and site performance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading creative, design, video production, or creative operations teams
  • Significant experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • 3+ years of expertise in corporate video production workflows and editing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video production and design work
  • Experience leading and managing creative teams
  • Strong project management experience with systems and planning methodologies
  • Extensive experience with AI tools and workflows
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
  • Experience with Canva and modern creative platforms
  • Proficiency working in WordPress
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must have a computer capable of handling high-volume video editing and production workflows
