Our challenge

We are looking for a skilled engineering professional to help build, operate, and improve reliable production systems in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience in software development, cloud-native infrastructure, observability, and production support. You will play a key role in ensuring platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence, while contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• -Write and maintain code using at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go .
• -Design, manage, and support applications and services running in Kubernetes environments.
• -Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager .
• -Participate in 24x7 on-call production support and respond effectively to incidents in critical environments.
• -Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform .
• -Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis to improve system reliability.
• -Contribute to infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and operational best practices.
• -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems.

Required Skills

• Strong coding experience in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Go .
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes .
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager .
• Proven experience working in a 24x7 on-call production support environment.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation tools , including Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform .
• Nice to have: experience in payments .
• If no payments experience, then recent banking industry experience is required.
• Preferred: exposure to AIOps practices or tools.
• Preferred: experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS .
