Job Description

What you will do:

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and develop testing strategies.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and improve test coverage.
• Participate in test case review to establish automation feasibility and provide feedback on test case automatability.
• Document testing processes, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and automation trends to enhance the testing strategy.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing or software testing.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Worksoft (Certify & Continuous Testing Manager), Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process testing across ERP modules (such as Procure-to-pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
