Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Lean & Process Optimization

The Manufacturing Engineering role focuses on ensuring products are manufactured according to design specs and corporate standards. You will drive lean initiatives (5S, layout changes, Poka Yoke) and lead calibration improvements, with strong interaction across local and global teams.
Responsibilities include coordinating time studies, capacity analysis and cell design, reducing scrap, improving FPY with SPC Cp/Cpk, and managing tool purchases and validation processes while upholding safety and
